DESCRIPTION:Topic: Accountability 2.0 – making conscious choices in life and work by Jason Staines \nMany of us chase after a work-life balance but\, according to Jason\, the whole work-life balance\, as we’ve come to know it\, is a myth. Instead\, the focus should rather be on work-life integration. Rather than feeling guilty of not achieving the ideal of balance we should work on things which make us feel balanced. It is all about life and career choices and doing the things we want and desire rather than trying to achieve things we believe others think are desirable. This means that we should have a holistic view of ourselves\, be self-aware and make conscious choices about our life and career.
