At the meeting\, we will review the result for 2024\, budget proposal for 2025 and elect the board for 2025. \nAGM full agenda: \n\nOpening of the meeting\nElecting the Chair for the meeting.\nElecting the Secretary for the meeting.\nSelecting two (2) approvers of the minutes and two (2) vote counters.\nConfirming the legality and quorum of the meeting.\nPresentation of the 2024 annual report\, financial statements\, and the auditor’s report:\nDeciding on the approval of the 2024 financial statements.\nDeciding on the discharge of the persons responsible for the accounts from further liability.\nPresentation of the 2024 activities.\nOutline of the action plan and budget for 2025 for confirmation.\nDeciding the membership fees for 2025.\nDeciding on the number of Board Members.\nElection of the 2025 Board members of the Association.\nElection of the auditor and deputy auditor for the Association for 2025.\nAdjourn the meeting.\n\nNote: If you cannot make the meeting in-person you may attend remotely.
