Aalto University MBA Association offers members an exciting opportunity to participate in the “Leadership Through the Lens – A Workshop for Female Leaders” workshop pilot. The workshop is designed to accelerate career development and personal growth of current and aspiring female leaders. This innovative approach is based on using a movie Hidden Figures as a case study, followed by 3 hour group workshop and 30min individual follow up with the certified business coach for your personal plan and next steps.
Participation is reserved for Association members who have paid the 2025 membership fee. Spots are limited to 10-12 participants and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
