About the Speakers:

Pekka Pajamo is Senior Vice President of Finance at Varma. Previously he has worked as Partner at KPMG Ab. Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company is the largest earnings-related pension insurer and private investor in Finland.

Riikka Friman is Director, Corporate Identity and Digital Communications of SSAB, a Nordic and US-based steel company operating in 50 countries. Riikka is expert in corporate and product branding strategies and brand mergers.

Helka Pirinen is CEO and founder of People Leadership Consulting PLC Oy. Helka works as management consultant and leadership coach. She has over 14 years of experience in business consulting (KPMG, Capgemini) and leadership development. She helps her customers to lead transformations successfully. Helka has written a book about Change Management ”Esimies muutoksen johtajana” published November 2014 (Talentum).
