Domenico (Dom) is an Aalto EE Emba alumnus from the 2014 cohort.
He has extensive experience in leading transformations with focus on leadership and culture, i.e. Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Operating Model.
Dom is a coach, certified in Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Safety.
Currently he is the “Leadership & Culture Transformation Lead” at Fortum, additionally he is a Senior Advisor at Aalto University Executive Education, and Founder of Dardo Consulting, a boutique focused on elevating performance of people, teams and businesses – the human way.
